Salesforce DevOps Technical Lead

Lead Salesforce DevOps engineering at ATB through CI/CD automation, platform tooling, and hybrid work averaging one onsite day weekly. Build reliable delivery foundations for enterprise teams.
As Salesforce DevOps Developer Lead, you will guide multiple engineering initiatives and centralize Salesforce capabilities into a secure, reliable platform. The work combines Salesforce development, release management, scripting, and environment strategy. You will translate broad technical goals into automated workflows, developer standards, and scalable platform practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership across concurrent Salesforce engineering initiatives
Design enterprise CI/CD workflows and automated release pipelines
Build tooling that accelerates developer velocity and testing
Manage sandbox provisioning, refreshes, backups, and capacity monitoring
Implement monitoring, alerting, compliance, and credential lifecycle practices
Requirements:
Six-plus years of software development experience with scripting capabilities
Five-plus years of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Metadata API, and Salesforce DX
Experience with Git-based branching and Salesforce deployment tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
