Senior Finance Strategy Manager

The Senior Manager, Finance, provides hands-on leadership across the Canadian Finance mandate. You will guide planning, performance reporting, decision support, and team development. The position requires executive communication, financial modelling, and technology-enabled process improvement, including AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate Canadian strategies into financial priorities and initiatives
Lead Finance Business Plan delivery, milestones, dependencies, and success measures
Supervise forecasting, planning, and long-range planning cycles
Develop models, scenarios, and dashboards for performance visibility
Identify and escalate financial risks and opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
Seven to ten or more years of progressive Finance experience
Experience with planning, business partnership, and people leadership
Senior leadership advising and recommendation communication experience
Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
