As Director, Geotechnical Engineering, you will shape regional practice performance while developing people and expanding capabilities. You will connect client needs, market opportunities, technical leadership, and long-term priorities across WSP. The work spans transportation, municipal, energy, mining, infrastructure, and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional strategy, growth, performance, and technical excellence
Execute business plans aligned with client and market needs
Build, develop, and retain diverse high-performing teams
Strengthen client relationships and lead strategic pursuits
Advance standards, quality, innovation, and digital tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil, geotechnical, or geological engineering
Professional Engineer designation or eligibility in a Prairie province
15+ years of progressive geotechnical consulting experience
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios
Strong commercial, operational, client, and business development capabilities
Bring geotechnical expertise, strategic leadership, and people development skills to WSP’s Prairies and North practice.
