Remote Business-to-Business Collections Specialist

Manage high-volume business-to-business collections remotely, using customer communication and prioritization skills to recover outstanding balances. Vancouver candidates are preferred.
Horizon Recruitment is recruiting a Collections Specialist for a leading SaaS organization on a short-term contract. You will manage approximately 400 customer accounts, prioritize overdue balances, and drive timely payments. Strong organization, clear communication, and consistent follow-up are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage approximately 400 customer accounts and outstanding balances
Review reports and prioritize high-value overdue accounts
Contact customers by phone and email regarding invoices
Investigate payment issues and resolve outstanding items
Maintain accurate notes, records, and follow-up activities
Requirements:
Two to three years’ collections or accounts receivable experience
Business-to-business collections and direct customer outreach experience
Ability to prioritize by value, urgency, and payment risk
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
NetSuite or Salesforce experience is an asset
