Support industrial and commercial customers at The Home Depot Canada in Edmonton through account development, product recommendations, and accurate order processing.
This in-store sales position focuses on professional customer relationships and the Pro Program. You will share product knowledge, identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and use upselling and closing techniques. Daily work includes account follow-up, quotes, orders, and coordinating pickup or delivery information.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with industrial and commercial customers
Identify needs and recommend relevant products
Apply upselling and closing techniques during sales
Coordinate order information, pickup, and delivery
Maintain an organized sales work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of receiving experience
Product knowledge suitable for professional customer support
Comfort standing and walking on the store floor
Ability to lift or move heavy merchandise
Bring relationship-building, sales, account follow-up, and order accuracy skills to professional customers at The Home Depot Canada.
