As a Personal Support Worker, you will support daily living activities while building trusted relationships with residents, families, and teams. The work includes electronic documentation and communicating changing care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support personalized activities of daily living
Provide ambulatory support and personal hygiene assistance
Offer companionship and nutritional support
Document completed tasks on electronic health records
Communicate changes in resident care needs
Requirements:
Personal Support Worker certification or international nursing education
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
