Lead plant care quality across GTA offices while maintaining your own client route and coaching technicians. Use commercial indoor plant care expertise hands-on.
Benji's seeks a Senior Plant Maintenance Technician to lead its plant care team. The work combines team leadership, technician training, client service, and independent diagnosis of pests, disease, watering, light, and humidity issues. You will also maintain plants across client offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technicians and own quality across client sites
Train, onboard, and coach technicians on plant care
Diagnose pests, disease, watering, light, and humidity issues
Support installations and place plants with precision
Maintain a route by watering, pruning, fertilizing, and grooming plants
Requirements:
Two or more years of commercial indoor plant care
Experience training or leading others
Confidence resolving plant issues independently
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
Bring plant diagnosis, technician coaching, and client service skills to Benji's growing GTA plant care operation.
