Lead guest service and centre operations at Splitsville as an Assistant Manager, supporting lanes, dining, bar, and amusements. Nights and weekends are required.
This Assistant Manager role supports the effective operation of a busy Splitsville centre. You will receive induction and training across lanes, the bar and diner, and amusements. The position combines front-of-house operations, team coaching, guest experience, and back-of-house support for centre goals and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor team members across centre operations
Run exceptional front-of-house operations throughout the centre
Support the General Manager with centre goals
Enhance the guest journey through positive service
Guarantee safe, fun standards for customers
Requirements:
Management experience, ideally in retail or restaurants
Passion for guest service and customer experience
Experience inspiring and developing large teams
Willingness to work nights and weekends
Excellent communication and shift-task organization skills
