Build real estate analysis experience at Fengate Asset Management through reporting, research, and financial modeling supporting a growing multi-residential portfolio.
This internship supports Fengate’s Commercial and Residential Asset Management team across reporting, analysis, and research. You will analyze asset and portfolio performance, financial results, market information, and operational metrics. The work also supports due diligence, budgets, reforecasts, ESG reporting, and investment research.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze asset and portfolio performance, financial results, and market data
Support due diligence for asset sales and development projects
Maintain operational and financial models with cross-functional teams
Prepare periodic reports, presentations, budgets, and reforecasts
Research residential transactions, markets, PropTech, and strategic topics
Requirements:

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, economics, or related field
Strong interest in real estate and asset management
Strong research, analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
Valuation and cash flow modeling experience is an asset
Detail orientation, time management, and deadline management
Develop asset management expertise through real estate research, performance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting at Fengate.
