Recover outstanding Personal Loan and Card Product balances as an RBC Recoveries Officer in Mississauga, using analysis and negotiation skills daily.
This full-time position applies RBC Credit Management & Recoveries methodologies to assess maximum recovery potential. You will analyze client information, provide repayment options, and recommend litigation or third-party collection agencies. The role requires frequent communication with RBC partners and employees across Canada and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound and receive incoming client calls
Assess recovery potential from available client information
Provide repayment options through effective negotiation
Recommend litigation or third-party collection agencies
Mitigate operational risk while resolving client issues
Requirements:
Two or more years of Recoveries or Collections experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proven negotiation, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Availability for stated weekday, monthly Saturday, and weekly late shifts
