Residential Building Superintendent

Oversee residential condominium operations through hands-on maintenance and building inspections. Work the stated schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
This Building Superintendent manages daily maintenance, cleaning, safety, and overall operations for a residential condominium building. The work includes general maintenance, minor repairs, mechanical-system monitoring, and resident assistance. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving support dependable building service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspections of building conditions and common areas
Handle maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
Monitor HVAC, boilers, pumps, pool, and equipment
Complete fire safety inspections and maintain required logs
Coordinate contractors, deliveries, move-ins, and move-outs
Requirements:
Building Superintendent or building maintenance experience preferred
General knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repairs
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies
Reliable, responsible, customer-service oriented approach
