TD Banking Customer Experience Associate
TD
Serve TD customers in Maple Ridge through accurate financial transactions, personalized banking advice, and positive customer experiences. This role offers 15 hours weekly.
As a Customer Experience Associate in Personal & Commercial Banking, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. The role also includes resolving concerns and promoting banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote solutions while completing business processes timely
Provide clear advice on banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communication and customer experience skills
