Key Responsibilities:

Support sales strategies through a customer-centric mindset
Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams
Implement action plans to improve efficiency and productivity
Ensure standard operating procedures are consistently executed
Perform Service Leader duties and promote community involvement
Requirements:

One to three years of retail management experience
High school graduation or equivalent
Strong communication skills with customers and teams
Ability to coach and mentor others effectively
Flexible availability, retail technology skills, and travel ability
Bring retail leadership, sales strategy, coaching, and customer focus to the Assistant Manager team at Old Navy.
