Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and gather prescription information promptly
Set realistic expectations regarding prescription wait times
Locate and cash out prescriptions and ancillary items
Answer telephone calls and refer inquiries appropriately
Maintain privacy and confidentiality requirements
Requirements:
Registration with the applicable provincial licensing college
Pharmacy Technician College diploma
Previous pharmacy experience preferred
Organizational skills with ability to multitask
Effective problem-solving and attention to detail
Bring regulated pharmacy technician knowledge, customer service, and careful prescription handling to Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy operations.
