Deliver and collect packages safely for FedEx while using route planning and computerized tracking systems. This temporary position lasts up to 12 weeks.
As a Courier Driver, you will represent Federal Express Canada professionally during deliveries and pickups. The work includes package inspection, vehicle operation, customer service, and dispatch-system accuracy. You will also explain service features, maintain shipment paperwork, and support secure handling of company and customer property.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and pick up packages efficiently and safely
Inspect packages and report stop counts and missorts
Load vans and plan efficient delivery routes
Operate tracking and dispatch systems accurately
Answer customer questions about shipping services
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
No experience required for this position
One year of customer service preferred
Valid required driver's licence for driving duties
Meet applicable driving record and evaluation requirements
Use safe driving, customer service, and package-handling skills to support dependable FedEx delivery operations for customers.
