Coordinate commercial HVAC orders and customer service for Johnson Barrow, using QuickBooks or manufacturer software to support reliable deliveries.
This Project Coordinator handles administrative and customer service duties after commercial HVAC sales. You will process orders, prepare quotes, resolve availability issues, and coordinate product delivery. The work supports Johnson Barrow’s consultative service for contractors, engineers, and building owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide order status assistance by phone and email
Enter orders and prepare commercial HVAC equipment quotes
Coordinate manufacturers for on-time product delivery
Identify opportunities to improve product and process flow
Perform analytical and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
Creative problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-starting, dependable approach with ownership
Ability to interpret technical and contractual language
