Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment at Prairie Mountain Health’s Dauphin Regional Health Centre during day shifts in Dauphin. Apply building-trade skills while supporting safety.
This full-time Maintenance II position keeps healthcare facilities in safe, proper condition. You will perform preventative maintenance, complete repairs, and assist trades as required. The work supports infection control, environmental regulations, and quality assurance programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain buildings, grounds, machinery, equipment, and furnishings
Clear snow, ice, and debris from access areas
Perform and document preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
Complete repairs, installations, renovations, and trade-related maintenance
Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation
Requirements:

Grade 12 education meeting Manitoba standards
Two years’ building-trade experience
One year of maintenance-person experience preferred
Class 5 licence and personal vehicle access
Microsoft programs, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Support Prairie Mountain Health with building maintenance, preventative care, repairs, and safe facility operations in Dauphin.
