As a Salon Business Partner, you will serve an existing territory under the Regional Sales Manager. You will pursue new opportunities with salon owners, estheticians, and stylists while helping customers grow their businesses. The position combines sales execution, product education, promotions, events, reporting, and social media support.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop opportunities through strategic salon partnerships
Expand the customer base across the assigned territory
Take orders and build customer promotions
Provide product knowledge and brand education
Analyze sales and activity reports
Requirements:

At least three years of sales experience
Entrepreneurial attitude and competitive spirit
Excellent communication and organization skills
Comfort using Instagram and Facebook
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
