Provide personal care and companionship as a Home Support Worker serving elderly clients and persons with physical disabilities on site. English communication is required.
This Home Support Worker position involves working in an employer's or client's home. You will assist with daily hygiene, feeding, meals, housekeeping, and bedside care. Optional live-in accommodation is available at no charge, but it is not a condition of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer bedside and personal care
Assist with bathing and personal hygiene
Feed or assist clients with feeding
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Provide companionship and light housekeeping
Requirements:
English language ability
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Seven months to less than one year of experience
CPR and First Aid certificates
Punctual, dependable, patient, and client-focused approach
Support clients with personal care, nutritious meals, companionship, and dependable home assistance while applying sound judgment daily.
