Drive Altrom sales growth remotely through strategic planning, automotive parts expertise, and operational coordination across Eastern Ontario. This full-time position pays CA$22.00 hourly.
Altrom seeks a Business Development and Operations Specialist for its Import Parts business. You will support Regional Management, District Sales Managers, Account Development Specialists, Store Managers, and Inventory teams. The work combines sales strategy, product knowledge, inventory management, pricing, and team coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive import parts sales growth across Eastern Ontario
Deliver product training, sales coaching, and technical support
Optimize product availability, assortment, and profitability
Build partnerships with teams, vendors, and customers
Present market insights and growth opportunities to leadership
Requirements:
High School Diploma required
Three to five years of relevant experience
Knowledge of automotive parts, pricing, and market trends
Proficiency with TAMS and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Bring automotive sales, operational expertise, and relationship-building skills to expand Altrom Import Parts across Eastern Ontario.
