Security Guard Operations Supervisor

Lead onsite security operations using emergency response, staff scheduling, and clear communication skills. This position requires work at the physical location without remote options.
The Security Guard Supervisor coordinates daily worker activities and supports smooth equipment and machinery operation. You will prepare reports, address work problems, and provide technical advice. The position also includes training staff in duties, safety procedures, and company policies while establishing schedules and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle emergency situations as the primary point of contact
Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
Prepare and submit progress and other reports
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule worker activities
Train staff in duties, safety, and company policies
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
One to less than seven months of experience
Security Guard License and provincial security officer certificate
Current CPR and First Aid Certificates
Client focus, organization, reliability, and sound judgment
