As Assistant Store Manager, you will manage store performance while meeting sales and financial targets. You will execute merchandising standards, policies, procedures, and Associate development. Reporting to the District Manager, you will support customer relations, expenses, freight, administration, and loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage store sales, profitability, and financial performance
Control expenses and manage customer relations
Implement customer service and merchandising standards
Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and manage Associates
Receive freight, manage administration, and recover daily
Requirements:
One to two years of retail management experience
Grade 12 education or equivalent
Point of sale experience
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Customer-oriented, adaptable, efficient, and professional manner
