Logistics Coordinator WMS Operations

Coordinate warehouse logistics in Sherwood Park with WMS, dock scheduling, and carrier communication during a Monday to Friday full time schedule.
Ryder is hiring a Logistics Coordinator I to balance inbound and outbound warehouse processes. You will support daily production needs, communicate with departments and leadership, and assist warehouse operations. The position includes customer service, documentation, and shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain inbound and outbound WMS processes
Create daily dock schedules and update load statuses
Communicate with carriers about shipment appointments
Complete operational forms accurately and completely
Process Small Package shipments in WMS
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
One year clerical or warehouse experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Availability for assigned after hours support
