This Manufacturing Process Operator supports advanced microfabrication through hands-on equipment operation and disciplined process control. You will manage priorities, maintain process consistency, and help meet production, delivery, and quality targets. Clean room experience, manufacturing experience, and demonstrated leadership qualities are advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor equipment performance and manufacturing process consistency
Manage time and resources to meet production goals
Work with teammates across shifts toward quality targets
Identify efficiency, quality, and productivity improvement opportunities
Assist with work instructions and quality documentation updates
Requirements:
Ability to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Effective teamwork and professional accountability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Clean room environment experience is advantageous
Use specialized equipment, process monitoring, and detailed documentation to support Teledyne MEMS production and continuous improvement activities.
