As a Customer Service Representative in Retail Banking Sales & Service, you will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions. You will handle inquiries, support banking services, and refer customers to BMO colleagues when specialized help is needed. This role emphasizes personal banking and credit card conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and complete banking transactions seamlessly
Identify needs and initiate referrals to BMO colleagues
Explain digital and self serve banking options
Review profiles and discuss everyday banking plans
Escalate complex situations to managers as required
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary
Post secondary degree or related certification desirable
Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem solving skills
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Confidence using digital tools and applications
Support BMO customers with personal banking knowledge, thoughtful guidance, accurate transactions, and responsive service across channels.
