Senior Manager Fund Operations

Lead investment fund operations at Aviso Wealth, applying product expertise and governance leadership across mutual funds, pooled funds, and Exchange Traded Funds.
As Senior Manager, Investment Fund Operations, you will support Aviso’s Asset Management Product team. You will oversee operational execution, governance, and continuous improvement for retail and institutional products. The role requires experience with fund administration, project leadership, and Canadian investment fund structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as operational subject matter expert for investment fund products
Lead readiness for launches, mergers, terminations, and reorganizations
Ensure scalable, efficient, and controlled operational processes
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Lead enterprise projects affecting investment products
Requirements:
Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline
Eight or more years in asset or wealth management
Five years leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
Understanding of Canadian investment fund industry and product structures
Experience with fund accounting and custody operations
