Echo NDE seeks an experienced Division Manager to oversee ECT crews, projects, and client sites. You will support safe, efficient, high-quality NDE delivery across facility and pipeline sectors. The position requires technical expertise, leadership, client relationship skills, and data analysis experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead safe, efficient, profitable technical service delivery
Recruit, develop, and manage qualified technical staff
Plan manpower, equipment, fleet, tools, and resources
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
Build client relationships and identify service opportunities
Requirements:

Seven-plus years of progressive ECT, NDE, or inspection experience
Relevant ECT or NDT certifications and qualifications
Knowledge of ECT methods, data acquisition, and analysis
Experience with operations management, budgeting, and cost control
Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
