Own PPC and SEO performance for Blacksmith Agency clients while managing specialists remotely from the USA, Canada, or South Africa.
This Growth Marketing Director leads a management function spanning multifamily, B2B, and technical accounts. You guide two channel specialists, determine strategic direction, protect reporting accuracy, and carry responsibility for department delivery. Campaign execution remains with the strategists.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage specialist quality, development, reviews, and performance decisions
Hold standards for audits, reporting, and pre-delivery checks
Audit attribution and GA4 accuracy across client results
Represent the agency during underperforming-account escalations
Define credible delivery commitments for sales
Requirements:
Seven plus years spanning both paid media and SEO
Direct experience reviewing and developing reports
Ability to evaluate Google Ads and GA4 work
Ability to discuss a personally diagnosed account turnaround
Comfort owning client conversations during underperformance
Use cross-channel judgment, team management, and client accountability to direct PPC and SEO growth at Blacksmith Agency.
