Shape Sanofi’s Digital Technology portfolio in Toronto, combining demand governance, delivery leadership, and executive communication across Canada.
As Digital Technology Enterprise Delivery Lead, you will connect business requests with technology capacity, commitments, risks, and expected outcomes. You will represent NAM Enterprise Delivery with senior stakeholders while coordinating global and Canadian teams. The position also supports investment prioritization, project intake, sequencing, and governance aligned with TED standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain structured demand pipelines across the NAM technology portfolio
Align business requests with available Digital Technology capacity
Support investment prioritization, project intake, and delivery sequencing
Track portfolio health, dependencies, resources, risks, and outcomes
Provide structured updates on milestones, progress, and delivery commitments
Requirements:
Six-plus years of progressive technology delivery or program experience
Demonstrated portfolio, demand, or delivery governance experience
Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Working knowledge of Agile, program, project, or service models
Experience across multiple locations, business units, or geographies
Use portfolio governance, demand management, and clear communication to align Sanofi technology delivery with Canadian business priorities.
