As Senior Regional Insurance Manager, you will support Creditor Insurance distribution across an assigned region. You will coach advisors, develop sales teams, and strengthen customer outcomes. Your work includes insurance knowledge, compliance, market analysis, and stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities:

Build partnerships with regional leaders and brokerage firms
Identify opportunities through market analysis and performance results
Coach advisors on creditor insurance products and suitability
Deliver presentations across regional, district, and team meetings
Support penetration, revenue, and profitability objectives
Requirements:

Seven or more years’ progressive financial services sales experience
Sales management, relationship management, and business development experience
Success coaching and developing sales professionals
Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
