Lead major gifts fundraising for TAU Canada across Ontario, using donor stewardship and relationship building in a hybrid Toronto setting. Travel within Canada and occasionally to Israel is required.
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Development advances fundraising strategy and philanthropic support for Tel Aviv University. The senior leader manages donors, prospects, volunteers, and community partners while supporting university campaigns and special initiatives. Raiser’s Edge NXT supports pipeline management and engagement insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute major gifts fundraising strategy
Manage high-net-worth donor and prospect portfolios
Build stewardship plans, reports, events, and activities
Support volunteers with donor relations resources
Use Raiser’s Edge NXT to track engagement
Requirements:

Progressive fundraising experience emphasizing major gifts
Success securing individual, corporate, and foundation gifts
Experience engaging volunteers in major gift fundraising
Understanding of Ontario’s philanthropic landscape
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Bring strategic fundraising, donor stewardship, and major gift expertise to strengthen TAU Canada’s philanthropic support in Ontario.
