Lead Renpure’s brand strategy in Vaughan with beauty marketing, innovation, and omnichannel retail expertise. This role is four days onsite at 100 New Park Place.
MAV Beauty seeks a hands-on Brand Director to guide a growing beauty and personal care brand. You will own vision, positioning, portfolio direction, communication, go-to-market execution, and commercial performance. The role connects consumer insights, storytelling, P&L-adjacent decisions, and cross-functional leadership across Amazon and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Renpure’s long-term vision, positioning, and growth strategy
Translate consumer insights into architecture, messaging, and portfolio direction
Lead innovation from concept through launch with cross-functional partners
Develop communication priorities, campaigns, and brand voice standards
Drive launches across Amazon and mass, drug, grocery, specialty retail
Requirements:
8+ years of brand management experience within beauty or adjacent CPG
Strong engagement in beauty and personal care landscapes
End-to-end innovation experience from concept through market
Understanding of Amazon and brick-and-mortar retail dynamics
Experience with budgets, forecasting, and P&L-adjacent decisions
