Bilingual Automotive Sales Trainer
PBS Systems
Use French and English to train automotive customers on PBS DMS software from Calgary, with virtual sessions and North American travel. Your dealership sales experience supports software implementation and customer success.
As a DTO Bilingual Trainer – Sales, you will train new and existing customers in the PBS Sales module. The full-time, permanent role combines virtual English and French instruction with onsite training for installations. You will support customer service, process improvement, and collaboration while learning PBS software and training processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver assigned virtual and onsite sales training sessions
Guide customers through PBS software implementation
Navigate and demonstrate the PBS DMS system
Handle training requests and document related tickets
Share product knowledge across silos and support team learning
Requirements:
Fluent French and English speaking, reading, and writing
One to two years of automotive dealership sales experience
Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
Valid passport, applicable U.S. visa, and full driver’s license
Availability to travel within Canada and the USA two weeks monthly
Bring automotive sales experience, bilingual communication, and training capability to PBS DMS customers across North America.
