Franchise Business Consultant Ontario

Support Kumon franchisees through business consulting, centre coaching, and extensive Ontario travel from a hybrid work model. Build stronger operations across multiple locations.
As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will support franchisees, maintain instructional standards, and contribute to Kumon’s territorial expansion. The role suits candidates living in western or southwestern GTA who enjoy travelling. You will use data, relationship-building, communication, and prioritization skills to improve centres.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct three to five purposeful centre visits weekly
Coach instructional quality, operations, and customer experience
Build trust-based franchisee partnerships through actionable feedback
Monitor enrollment, retention, and operational performance trends
Support new centre openings and market analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Two to four years in multi-unit service management or consulting
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills
Ability to travel extensively throughout Ontario
Ability to motivate people and drive results
