AV Technology Deployment Manager

Manage AV technology deployments for Stingray’s enterprise clients in Montreal, combining technical coordination with proactive risk and margin oversight.
Reporting to Operations Leadership, this Project Manager leads complex audio, digital signage, and technology projects. You will coordinate scope, installation readiness, field activity, hardware vendors, and client expectations. Success requires resourcefulness, accountability, and comfort navigating ambiguity while delivering projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical project scope with AV Designers and installers
Assess site installation readiness for deployment activities
Monitor project margins and address delivery risks
Navigate complex client requirements and maintain alignment
Standardize workflows, templates, and post-installation reviews
Requirements:
Three to five-plus years managing relevant technology projects
Technical knowledge of commercial audio routing and AV systems
Experience with digital signage displays and hardware
Strong organization across competing priorities
PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification considered an asset
Use AV expertise, deployment coordination, and resourceful problem solving to deliver Stingray technology projects across client environments.
