Supply Chain Manager Adair Strathroy
Catalent Pharma Solutions
Lead Catalent’s Adair Strathroy warehouse and supply chain operations onsite in Adair, Ontario, using ERP and inventory management expertise. Manage Monday-to-Friday operations supporting Zydis® manufacturing.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the Site Director and oversee warehouse, logistics, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning. You will support demand and capacity planning, JDE ERP activities, PAS-X requirements, and cGMP compliance. The role supports a newly launched facility from startup through commercial manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead inbound and outbound logistics, customs, and hazardous waste documentation
Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, metrics, and material disposition
Support Zydis S&OP, demand planning, and capacity planning
Manage budgets, expenditures, variances, and process improvements
Recruit, train, and guide warehouse and supply chain employees
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
CPIM or CSCP completion, or demonstrated certification progress
Five-plus years of supply chain or logistics experience
Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP facility experience
Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
