Senior Digital Assets Operations Advisor

Digital Assets operations expertise meets hybrid flexibility at National Bank, supporting trade capture, custody, settlement, and reconciliations. Help strengthen controls across Capital Markets Operations.
As a Senior Advisor within Strategy, Data and Performance, you will develop Digital Assets capabilities for Capital Markets Operations. Your work combines operational controls, process improvement, transaction monitoring, and exception management. You will collaborate with specialists and partners across trading, technology, risk, compliance, finance, and external providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Digital Assets trade capture, funding, custody, and settlement activities
Monitor transactions and positions, investigating breaks and discrepancies
Implement operational processes, procedures, and controls with partners
Develop knowledge of wallets, exchanges, custodians, and Books of Record
Support documentation, testing, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience in Capital Markets Operations or post-trade activities
Understanding of transaction lifecycles and operational controls
Experience resolving exceptions within a regulated environment
French and English language proficiency
