Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Lead complex IT projects through every lifecycle phase using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies within a public sector framework.
This Project Manager oversees resources, budgets, schedules, procurement, risks, and stakeholder communication. The role requires ten-plus years managing Information Technology projects and coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives. You will develop business cases, manage deliverables, and support compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects through defined lifecycle phases and objectives
Coordinate owners, teams, consultants, staff, and stakeholders
Maintain schedules, budgets, scope, quality, risks, and opportunities
Manage procurement, tenders, vendor selection, and contract changes
Deliver reporting, training coordination, and project closeout reviews
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years managing Information Technology projects
Valid PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification
Public sector project management experience
Expertise in lifecycle, resource, cost, and schedule estimation
Strong communication, facilitation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
