As General Manager, you will lead a portfolio spanning industrial, office, and retail properties. The role partners with clients, ownership, on-site teams, and service providers. Strategic planning, operational leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder relationships are central to achieving asset performance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational, financial, and strategic portfolio performance
Coach and develop multidisciplinary property management teams
Oversee budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial reporting
Maintain life safety, compliance, maintenance, and risk standards
Manage vendors, consultants, procurement, and contract negotiations
Requirements:

Ten years’ commercial real estate experience minimum
Five years’ senior property management leadership experience
Business, commerce, or economics degree or diploma
Valid RECA real estate licence
Valid Alberta driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
