Senior Digital Product Delivery Lead

Lead digital product delivery at EZCORP in Ontario, coordinating dependencies, releases, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise initiatives.
This senior Enterprise PMO role partners with product, development, data, analytics, marketing, and business teams. You will deliver pricing and lending capabilities, digital customer experiences, and e-commerce initiatives. Success requires technical credibility, Agile fluency, and clear executive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate dependencies across pricing, lending, analytics, digital, and e-commerce workstreams
Direct delivery from initiation through post-launch
Manage releases, risks, scope changes, and contingency plans
Coordinate data pipelines, vendors, integrations, and platform implementations
Provide executive reporting, governance, and lessons-learned documentation
Requirements:
6+ years managing complex digital product initiatives
Technical understanding of APIs, architecture, data pipelines, and analytics workflows
Experience with Scrum or Kanban delivery teams
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree and project management certification required or listed
Bring digital delivery leadership, technical coordination, and executive communication to EZCORP’s Ontario-based Enterprise PMO.
