Support people, policy, and payroll as a Human Resources Generalist in downtown Banff, serving Arctos & Bird’s hospitality businesses.
This Human Resources Generalist supports a centralized Administration team and multiple business entities. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations support, and documentation. The position also covers performance reviews, training, benefits, payroll, health and safety, and staff housing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and onboarding from postings through orientation
Answer HR policy questions and support employee relations
Assist workplace investigations and maintain documentation
Support performance reviews, training, benefits, and payroll
Assist health and safety and staff housing operations
Requirements:
Two or more years as an HR Coordinator or Generalist
Working knowledge of employment law, payroll, and safety standards
HR diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
Strong people skills, sound judgment, and calm attention to detail
Microsoft Office and HRIS or payroll systems proficiency
Bring thoughtful HR support, sound judgment, and employee-focused coordination to Arctos & Bird’s Banff-based businesses.
