AZ Industrial Truck Operator Ottawa

Operate industrial trucks and specialized units with GFL Environmental at the Stevenage site in Ottawa, using safe driving and load-handling practices.
As an AZ Operator, you will drive combination, power vacuum, hydro excavation, box truck, roll-off, water blaster, and tractor-trailer units. The role includes customer deliveries, inspections, documentation, and compliance with transportation requirements. Experience hauling tankers is required, while roll-off experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and operate varied industrial trucks and units
Inspect vehicles, equipment, loads, and safety systems
Secure cargo and complete loading or unloading
Deliver products and paperwork courteously and promptly
Report defects, incidents, and customer delivery problems
Requirements:
AZ or DZ license with clean Driver's and CVOR abstracts
Experience hauling tankers
Ability to drive manual transmissions
Mechanical knowledge
Ability to work irregular schedules and variable shifts
Bring AZ or DZ driving, tanker experience, inspections, and safe load handling to GFL Environmental's Ottawa operations team.
