Building Fabric Maintenance Supervisor

Lead building fabric and grounds maintenance for Equans, overseeing safe operations, staff scheduling, and contractors at a secured work site.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you direct personnel and contractors while maintaining building systems, envelopes, exterior grounds, and gardens. You manage schedules, performance indicators, reports, budgets, and preventative maintenance. The role requires leadership, health and safety knowledge, Microsoft Office, control systems, and building-related technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance staff and conduct performance reviews
Schedule qualified coverage for mechanical activities
Oversee building envelope, plumbing, grounds, and landscaping maintenance
Update asset registers and preventative maintenance tasks
Prepare reports, budgets, forecasts, and corrective actions
Requirements:
Five-plus years in building fabric and grounds maintenance
At least one year in a supervisory role
Strong health and safety knowledge
Ability to obtain RCMP Reliability Status clearance
Building-related trade certification and drawing interpretation skills
Bring supervisory leadership, building envelope expertise, and safe maintenance practices to Equans facility operations and service delivery.
