Winter Maintenance Loader Operator
TI2 WEBBER INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT CANADA
Operate loaders for snow removal and winter maintenance with Webber, supporting roads, sidewalks, bus stops, and drainage components safely.
Under an Operations Manager or Area Supervisor, this Loader Operator handles winter maintenance tasks across assigned work sites. Responsibilities include equipment checks, de-icing, salting, traffic control, crew transportation, and progress reporting. The work requires clear English communication, safety awareness, and adaptability as priorities change rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate loaders safely and efficiently for snow removal
Clear snow and ice from roads, sidewalks, and bus stops
Perform equipment checks and report operating issues
Assist with de-icing and salting operations
Report progress and obstacles to the supervisor
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years related outdoor work experience preferred
Winter maintenance loader experience preferred
Valid Ontario Class DZ license and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Bring loader operation, winter maintenance, and hazard awareness to Webber’s snow removal and infrastructure services.
