This Health Care Aide position serves WRHA Community Health Services - River East - R6 within Home Care. The 0.70 FTE role requires a recognized Health Care Aide course, safe personal care, critical thinking, and workload organization. Experience supporting individuals with physical or cognitive impairments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, effective personal care to clients
Respect individual comfort, privacy, and dignity
Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
Organize and prioritize assigned workload
Travel between clients’ homes when required
Requirements:

Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence
Reliable vehicle access and year-round travel willingness
Basic Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
Required abuse registry and criminal record checks
