Retail Sales Supervisor

Lead retail sales operations on site using French communication, staff supervision, scheduling, and organized inventory management. This position is fully on site.
This retail sales supervisor role requires two to less than three years of experience. A one- to two-year college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma is required. You will supervise workers, assign duties, support training, manage merchandise, and address customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff and coordinate workers’ daily activities
Assign sales workers to duties and establish schedules
Hire staff and arrange training or professional development courses
Order merchandise, maintain inventory, and authorize returns
Prepare sales, merchandising, personnel, and payroll reports
Requirements:
French language ability
Two to less than three years of experience
One- to two-year college or CEGEP credential
Excellent oral communication and efficient interpersonal skills
Organization, dependability, multitasking, and teamwork
Use French communication and organized supervision to manage retail staff, merchandise, schedules, inventory, and customer concerns on site.
