Personal Banking Advisor ATB

Connect Albertans with personalized banking advice as an Everyday Banking Advisor at ATB, serving personal and business clients from Chestermere.
In this temporary 12 month opportunity, you will understand client needs and recommend savings, investment, lending, and credit card solutions. You will collaborate across ATB, support digital adoption, represent the organization in the community, and protect client information. Occasional travel to neighbouring branches may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Match clients with suitable banking products and solutions
Recommend registered and non registered investment options
Support clients with less complex lending products
Collaborate internally to provide appropriate expertise
Represent ATB through community involvement and market presence
Requirements:
Two to four years developing strong client relationships
One to three years relevant retail banking experience
Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement
Comfort embracing new technologies and digital tools
Post secondary finance or business education, or equivalent experience
Use financial knowledge, relationship building, and collaborative referral skills to help ATB clients access suitable banking solutions.
