Service Advisor
Woodbine Nissan
Woodbine Nissan is looking for a Service Advisor. This position is an important part of the service team within the dealership and requires a committed, detail-oriented individual. Must be available on evenings and weekends.
We’re a full-service center looking for someone able to provide an excellent experience for our guests. Someone who creates a welcoming, educated, and trustworthy experience for people to want to make us their shop of choice.
Our philosophy is to treat people like family. We would not recommend someone to do something that we would do on our own vehicle. Recommending and selling services based on what our technicians' assessment is, not strictly off a maintenance menu.
Responsibilities:
Booking appointments
Writing up work orders
Being responsible for work orders in the shop
Provide information from the technician to the customer about their vehicle
Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician
Follow up with guests and keep them updated
Explain all work performed and charges
Assist colleagues with tasks needed
Requirements:
Basic automotive mechanical knowledge is a bonus
Dealership CRM experience is a major asset, preference will be given to candidates with PBS experience
Typing Skills
Previous Nissan Experience wiould be an asset
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
