As Branch Manager III, you will direct financial services and sales professionals while growing Meridian’s portfolio. You will set business objectives, manage sales activity, and support lending, cash management, and investment services. The role also emphasizes coaching, Member service, and community presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial services and sales professionals
Set business development and sales objectives
Develop revenue-generating Member relationships
Coordinate integrated lending, cash management, and investment services
Represent Meridian within the local community
Requirements:

Experience managing a financial services team
Relevant financial services environment experience
Knowledge of investment and lending products
Post-secondary business or related education
Regular travel throughout the Niagara region
Bring branch leadership, sales management, and financial services expertise to Meridian’s Member-focused Guelph banking team.
