This Retirement Consultant position manages client accounts and supports annual planning for pension plan administration. You will monitor tasks and projects, coach team members, manage budgets, and support special projects. The role also focuses on client satisfaction and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as manager within the client accounts department
Plan and organize annual pension administration work
Verify and monitor task and project progress
Train and coach team members
Prepare budgets and track spending
Requirements:
Minimum seven years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, or actuarial science
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage and motivate work groups
Excellent French and Microsoft Excel proficiency
